Work-ready courses
The path to a successful apprenticeship begins before the first day at work. Our two-week work-ready courses build the foundations: refreshers in English, maths and digital, real workplace exposure and the practical skills that carry someone through their first months in a job, with mentoring and support alongside.
The evidence is clear. Learners who complete a work-ready course are more likely to start and complete their apprenticeships, and their long-term employment results are better.
