Partnerships & Sectors
SME
Running a small business leaves no spare hours and no spare margin. So we bring the training to the business: funded by levy gifted from large employers, fitted around the working day and run by us from start to finish.
What we do
We give small and medium-sized businesses the same quality of training large enterprises buy: skills that drive growth, including AI, data and cyber security. Every programme is shaped to the business and its sector, because a builder's firm and a care agency need different skills. Everything is built around practical application: participants work on their own business's data and processes, so the business benefits while the course is still running. Businesses join cohorts matched to their skills needs and sector, wherever they are in the UK.
How we do it
Our job is growth: building capability, finding talent and freeing the funding that pays for both. We source levy gifted by large employers, build each cohort through the business networks, chambers of commerce and advisers SMEs already trust, and manage everything from provider to reported outcome. Funding that would have expired instead trains people and grows businesses.
