We help schools prepare students for the changing world of work: teachers confident with AI and learning mapped to the skills employers need, creating clear pathways from classroom to career.
What we do
We help the whole school community: teachers, administrators and students. For teachers, we deliver professional development across the whole school, including AI training, so the people teaching the next generation are confident with the tools that generation will use at work. With students, we build bespoke ready-for-work programmes and structured careers pathway planning that starts with a destination rather than generic advice. We convene employers with schools and colleges to design courses around the jobs in their businesses and their local areas.
How we do it
Every trust with a payroll over £3m pays the Growth and Skills Levy; most see too little of it come back. We map what the trust needs, match it to the right providers, manage delivery and report the outcomes, learning from every programme as we scale. Where employers want to invest, we channel their gifted levy into programmes that reach schools at no cost. If a whole-school programme needs more than the levy can cover, we help raise the rest.
